Description:  Digital Sandscapes: Tools and Techniques for Virtual Therapy is a 4-week interactive workshop designed to help therapists build foundational skills in using virtual sand trays for telehealth therapy. Each session focuses on practical, hands-on activities to ensure confidence in creating and refining basic trays. They will also gain skills in applying drama therapy techniques like role-play and storytelling to deepen emotional processing. This interactive workshop offers practical strategies for supporting healing and growth in virtual therapeutic and educational settings.

The training focuses on using virtual sand trays and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (RECBT) in working with children, adolescents, and adults. We will use drama therapy and virtual sand trays to dive into the A-B-C model, which explains the connection between activating events, irrational beliefs, and the resulting maladaptive emotions and behaviors.
