DRAMA THERAPY
Use your imagination, creativity, and whole body to tell your story and develop emotional wellness.
Everyone has a story. What is Yours?
Sometimes life transitions, even the positive ones, can throw us into a tailspin and leave us feeling stressed, confused, and vulnerable. These experiences impact our stories and emotional wellness making it difficult to navigate our lives and engage in behaviors that promote physical, emotional, spiritual wellness. However, with the right tools and mindset, you have the power to not only overcome any adversity but also transform your personal narrative into a more authentic and confident version of yourself.
After three lumpectomies, a double mastectomy, and radiation treatments, I was declared cancer-free.
The diagnosis and journey profoundly changed my life, as it has for countless women who face the fight against cancer. There were moments when I cried at the sight of my physical scars and withdrew socially, mourning the loss of aspects of my womanhood.
Though the battle left me physically and emotionally scarred, I’ve emerged spiritually, physically, and emotionally whole and resilient.
Now, I’m channeling my experience, education, and professional passion into empowering female breast cancer survivors. My mission is to help women rediscover their inner strength, reclaim their confidence, and embrace the beauty of who they are—scars and all.
